EU / UK Right of Withdrawal?
- If you live in the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To do so, notify us before the 14 days expire using our RETURNS PORTAL, or by emailing [email protected]. You then have 14 days to return the goods, and we’ll refund the order within 14 days (we may wait until the goods are returned).
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless otherwise required by applicable law. We will refund your order within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal, although we may delay the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.
- Custom or personalized items are excluded.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Can I change my shipping address after I place my order?
